McMaster University Student Centre hosts up to 4 vendor locations per day in the Marketplace. Our vendor program is an opportunity for businesses/recruiters to sell their products and services to staff and students while building new relationships and meeting fellow business owners.

The Day Vendor tables are located in the heart of the McMaster University Student Centre, where thousands of students, faculty, staff, and visitors pass through every week to grab some food, attend an event, check out the day vendors, meet up with friends, or just walk by to get from central campus to the Arts Quad.

Vendor tables are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Each vendor is provided two (2) 8ft tables. Vendors may bring extra racks, provided they fit within the confines of the space provided.

We publish our booked vendors on our Event Calendar. If you are looking for a specific date/location, please check the calendar for current availability.  

Daily Rates:

Vendor locations are subject to daily rental fees:

     September to April:    $199 + HST

     May to August:          $100 + HST

Vendor payments that have not been prepaid will be collected at 8:30 am on the morning of the booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Debit payments.
