McMaster University Student Centre hosts up to 4 vendor locations per day in the Marketplace. Our vendor program is an opportunity for businesses/recruiters to sell their products and services to staff and students while building new relationships and meeting fellow business owners.

Vendor tables are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Daily Rates:

Vendor locations are subject to daily rental fees:

     September to April:    $199 + HST

     May to August:          $100 + HST

Each vendor is provided two (2) 8ft tables. Vendors may bring extra racks, provided they fit within the confines of the space provided.

We publish our booked vendors on our Event Calendar. If you are looking for a specific date/location, please check the calendar for current availability.

Interested in becoming a vendor?


It's easy! New vendors should complete the following steps:

1. Fill out and sign the Vendor Application and Vendor Contract

2. Check our Event Calendar for available dates

3. Select the available days from our online form (below).

You will receive a booking slip confirming your dates once your application and contract have been approved.
