Before booking MUSC space (meeting rooms, club tables, banners, etc.), student groups must set up their booking privileges. The form below is filled out once per year, or whenever the group's booking privileges change.
The President of the club may designate up to 2 people in her/his group (including her/himself) as booking contacts. This helps us manage the hundreds of student groups that want to book space in MUSC.
