Event Approval Codes are required for MSU Clubs, Faculty-Approved Societies, Athletic Clubs, and GSA Clubs. If your group falls under one of these categories, please ensure you receive your code before submitting a booking request.
No, individual students cannot book meeting rooms. Meeting rooms are available to departments, clubs, services, and societies. These spaces are designed to support executive meetings, planning sessions, and collaborative events in a professional environment.
However, students are able to book Group Study Rooms, through the Group Study Program.
No, the MUSC Office does not provide AV equipment rentals. However, meeting rooms do come equipped with a TV. If you require additional AV equipment, you can rent it through Mills Library or MSU AVtek.
All catering must be arranged through McMaster Hospitality Services, as we have an exclusive partnership with them. You can learn more or place a catering request by visiting their website or contacting them at catering@mcmaster.ca.

No. Meeting room keys must be returned after each meeting, even if you have a recurring booking.
