Group Study Program
Our Group Study Program offers dedicated spaces for group study, providing students with a collaborative environment to work on projects, prepare for exams, and share ideas!
Introduction
Please ensure you have completed a Group Study Booking Privileges form for the 2024-2025 academic year before submitting a Group Study Room Request.
Group study bookings will be done exclusively through our online booking program using the form below. Confirmed bookings will receive a booking slip. If you have not received a booking slip, the room has not been booked for your group. In person booking requests are no longer being accepted.
Group study is for groups of 4 or more students only. Smaller groups cannot be accommodated in the Group Study program.
Booking Information
Rooms are available in 2-hour time blocks. Groups may only book ONE two-hour block per day.
Following are the times rooms may be available for Group Study during the summer (May-August):
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30 pm
If you have a confirmed booking, the room will be open for you. Keys for Group Study will no longer be issued.
You may borrow whiteboard markers and/or an HDMI cable from the MUSC office for use during your booking with a valid student card. Items borrowed must be returned at the end of the booked time.
On-line reservations for study groups may only be made up to 2 business days before the desired date.
Room Requirements
Rooms are to be vacated at the end of the booking period. Another group may be waiting for the room.
Rooms must be left in a clean, orderly condition. Users are expected to erase whiteboards, deposit garbage and recyclables to the appropriate waste receptacles and to return the room to its original layout.
Rooms are to be used for study purposes only. Activities that may interrupt the quiet enjoyment of the space for others will not be tolerated.
